Happy Friday! Welcome to my first edition of Frightday Favorites, where I share with you a few of my favorite horror-related stories, trends, and tips from the week.
Friday the 13th: The Game
To begin, if you haven’t heard of the new Friday the 13th Game, you’re seriously missing out! The preview for this Kickstarter-backed game was recently released, and let’s just say it’s a gory time. This multi-player game brings the killing fun from all of the Friday the 13th movies right to your fingertips. I am totally looking forward to snagging this once it releases and really seeing if I could “Survive in a Horror Movie.”

Knott’s Scary Farm 2016
Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA, has always been an essential part of the Halloween season for me. Like many other seasonal mazes at amusement parks, there is always something new to see and get excited about. This year, Knott’s Scary Farm is featuring 13 attractions with 4 new experiences. Some of these include zombies and skeleton key rooms. There’s quite the range of fear at Knott’s! Visit Knott’s for more information.

Halloween Wall Art
I’m a sucker for Halloween decor, especially when mixed with crafting. Anything to experiment with color, themes, and textures is what makes Halloween such an imaginative season. I absolutely love the use of materials and patterns with this DIY tutorial of Halloween Wall Art by A Kailo Chic Life.

Last, but not least, are these ridiculously tasty looking Bat Treats by Chelsea’s Messy Apron. Now that I have a kiddo running around, I’m super excited to share with him the Halloween spirit that I celebrated at such a young age. I want to share all of the fun treats, candies, and decorations with him to make it a joyful and memorable experience. It’s as if I’m re-living my youth in his eyes! These tasty treats are simple to make and super creepy-cute!
