Frightday Favorites: Blair Witch Edition

Happy Blair Witch Friday! Today marks the “official” release date for Blair Witch (2016). I still can’t believe it’s been over 15 years since I was a teenager and scared out of my mind inside of a dark movie theater while watching the first one. Little did I know at that time that I was watching movie history being made. The Blair Witch Project has become one of the most wildly recognized film franchises in movie history and never ceases to stop the hype among future generations.

Tonight I will be reliving those moments in a dark and crowded theater, while experiencing the terror and wonder of this film. In order to recognize this amazing set of films, I’ve compiled some of my Frightday Favorites inspired by Blair Witch. I hope you enjoy!
